We want you to love your designer plush companion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unloved condition. Each artisanal soft toy must be returned with its designer tags and original packaging intact to ensure a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the soft toy in its original protective box along with the packing slip to ensure the premium materials are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives your return, our quality team will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
